I offer one-to-one sessions in Brighton and worldwide via Zoom.
These sessions bring together the Moving Fascia® method and, when working in person, hands-on support, including myofascial and visceral work, alongside Pilates on the studio equipment.
Each person arrives with a different story. Our first session gives us a clear sense of where you are now and what’s possible. From there, we shape a path that responds to your body and your goals, rather than following a fixed programme.
For many people, weaving private sessions together with the Moving Fascia® LAB – my online membership of guided practices – offers a steady rhythm of learning, recovery and integration at home.
Your reasons for seeing me might include:
Reduce or manage persistent pain
Rehabilitate after injury or surgery
Restore mobility, capacity and strength
Recognise existing movement habits
Open new pathways of ease and resilience
Expand breath and support the nervous system

Hello, I am Ana Barretxeguren, I am the creator of Moving Fascia®, a somatic movement method that has helped hundreds restore ease, minimise pain, and enhance fluid movement and breath.
Over the last two decades I have been immersed in the unending enquiry of human movement and its impact on health. I am bound to research the body through the study of anatomy, fascia and movement. I have taught and treated thousands of people, lead a big team of teachers, educated hundreds of movements professionals, lectured internationally and created my own movement method, Moving Fascia®.
My own experience of living with catamenial pneumothorax, a rare condition of repetitive lung collapses, leads my unwavering enquiry of breath and the visceral space.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Anatomical Sciences from the University of Edinburgh, I teach anatomy to movement professionals and lecture internationally on the topics of breath and fascia.
