In-depth fascia education,
brought into movement

Moving Fascia® Teacher Training brings in-depth fascia education into dialogue with embodied practice and observation.

The Core Modules immerse you in the principles, repertoire and embodied practice of Moving Fascia, while developing the critical thinking and observational skills that inform your teaching. Rather than following a fixed formula, you learn to work responsively with what you see, sense and observe, allowing each exploration to develop in relation to the person in front of you.

The learning continues beyond the Core Modules. Over ten months, you begin to integrate the method through your own teaching and case studies, with ongoing mentoring that gives you space to question, reflect and develop your practice.

Learn with Ana Barretxeguren

Ana Barretxeguren is the creator of the Moving Fascia® Method and an educator specialising in fascia, movement and breath.

With a Postgraduate Diploma in Anatomical Sciences from the University of Edinburgh and more than two decades of experience in movement education, Pilates, myofascial release and clinical practice, her work brings anatomical understanding into dialogue with embodied experience.

Moving Fascia has grown from this meeting of science, embodied experience and practice – exploring how our understanding of fascia can inform the way we sense, observe and facilitate movement.

Throughout the Teacher Training, you’ll learn directly with Ana through the Core Modules, ongoing mentoring and your final private appraisal.

The training, in their words

To the next level

“It’s exciting! It has taken me to the next level in my personal development and now I can offer it to my clients. I see it as the jumping board of a lifelong exploration of fascia.

EMILY, MOVEMENT EDUCATOR, UK

So happy to be on this path

I’m really impressed by the care and thought you put into making this journey easier for us. It’s challenging for me, especially coming from years of group yoga teaching and no one-to-one background, but I’m so happy to be on this path.

MAITE, YOGA TEACHER, SPAIN

A high-quality personal experience

Ana’s knowledge, enthusiasm and commitment shine through; the huge amount of effort invested by the team to give a high-quality personal experience to students is really evident.

MEDEANA, PILATES TEACHER, UK

Conquering my breath issues

It’s amazing and I realise how invaluable it will be as I go over the techniques to really learn them.
