The first in our 4 part Pelvis as Portal series - monthly explorations of how the pelvis communicates through the fascial matrix and shapes our movement, support, and expression.
In January's online Moving Fascia LAB session we will explore the pelvic bowl as a responsive diaphragm in conversation with our thoracic and cranial rhythms. We’ll sense how continuity through the pelvis shapes our relationship with gravity, grounding, and ease, supporting regulation from the inside out.

In February's online Moving Fascia LAB session we will we will explore how the pelvis organises movement between the spine and the foot, and how adaptability in the pelvis helps us discover true propulsion and responsive support.

This month, we’ll explore the relationship between jaw and pelvis. We’ll trace the fascial continuities linking the mouth, throat, diaphragm and pelvic floor, sensing how expression, containment and release are in relationship through these structures.

This 4-hour workshop invites a felt understanding of the psoas not as an isolated muscle, but as part of a fluid fascial continuum that connects heart, breath, and nervous system to the ground.
Through the lens of the Moving Fascia® approach, we’ll explore the relational anatomy of the psoas in movement – integrating breath-led sequencing, proprioceptive feedback, gentle fascial release, and developmental movement.
Designed for movement professionals and bodyworkers, this session offers both depth and integration. You’ll leave with embodied insights, adaptable techniques, and somatic tools you can weave into your movement sessions or hands-on practice right away.
This full-day workshop offers an experiential foundation to fascia-focused movement through the Moving Fascia® approach.
We’ll explore the SERI principles –Soften, Expand, Restore, Integrate–through breath-led sequencing, developmental movement, and the use of proprioceptive tools to support resilience, connection, and nervous system regulation.
You’ll leave with a clear felt sense of the work and practical applications you can bring directly into your movement sessions or client work.
In our final session of the Pelvis as Portal series, we’ll explore the arm–pelvis dialogue and how offering, receiving and dynamic support emerge through this relationship. We’ll focus on integrating breath, reach and relational responsiveness to sense how the pelvis expresses itself through the wings of the upper body.
