
It feels important to pause in this moment.
To mark this point along the line of movement.
Not a halt, but a gentle stillness.
A chance to value the movement within the pause.
To honour the spiralling that led me here.
To feel my position.
To soften to the volume of this moment.
To expand into the rhythm of this breath.
And then, in time, to sense a gentle growing.
A new unfolding.
To feel myself follow.
To ride a new spiral.
Inhabiting the next iteration of movement.
